Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Kanalia platform and website. By subscribing to Kanalia Pro or Kanalia Enterprise, or by using a workspace, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.
1. The service
Kanalia provides a hosted platform for unified customer communications, including a shared inbox for WhatsApp, voice and email, AI bots, automated workflows, campaigns, consent management and CRM records. Features may evolve, but we will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term.
2. Subscriptions and fees
Kanalia Pro is billed at USD 50 per month. Kanalia Enterprise is billed at USD 100 per month plus WhatsApp message charges levied by Meta under its published pricing. Fees are payable in advance, exclusive of applicable taxes, and subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
3. Allowances and fair use
Kanalia Pro includes an allowance of 5,000 messages per month. Enterprise includes a higher capacity tier. Usage beyond the included allowance may be charged or rate limited after notice to the customer.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Obtain and record valid consent before messaging contacts.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, applicable marketing and telecommunications law, and data protection law.
- Keep user credentials secure and manage workspace roles appropriately.
- Ensure customer content does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, to reverse engineer the service, to circumvent usage limits, or to interfere with platform integrity or other customers.
6. Availability and support
We operate the platform with monitored, redundant infrastructure and carry out maintenance with reasonable notice where practicable. Enterprise subscriptions include priority support. Third-party channel outages are outside our control.
7. Data protection
Kanalia processes customer personal data as a processor under the terms described on our data processing page and in the applicable data processing agreement.
8. Term and termination
Either party may terminate a monthly subscription at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend access for non-payment or material breach of acceptable use. On termination, customer data is deleted or exported within 30 days on request.
9. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
